Job Overview

As a Broker for Accident Insurance, you will play a crucial role in crafting and executing tailored solutions within the accident insurance domain. Your expertise will be essential in addressing complex, sector-specific challenges faced by our esteemed clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison for intricate, industry-specific matters concerning designated clients.
  • Engage actively in providing guidance to clients with high complexity and/or international dimensions, including:
    - Offering insights for acquisitions
    - Identifying sector-specific insurance requirements
    - Formulating coverage strategies
    - Preparing and supporting proposal presentations for clients.
  • Specialize in securing new business opportunities.
  • Draft and manage tenders for the accident insurance sector, encompassing design, pricing, and implementation.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and detailed analyses pertinent to the accident insurance field.
  • Oversee modifications to contracts and quotations.
  • Implement market and risk-specific revisions to existing agreements.
  • Participate in industry conferences and events.
  • Develop and systematize knowledge for dissemination among colleagues and clients.
Qualifications
  • Possess a (Technical) university degree and/or completed commercial training with initial experience in the insurance sector.
  • Demonstrate market insight within the accident insurance industry.
  • Have experience with international insurance programs.
  • Exhibit proficiency in negotiations with global insurers.
  • Possess strong communication and negotiation abilities with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Showcase organizational skills and a robust customer service orientation.
  • Ability to take ownership within a team to achieve results.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
