Job Title: Large Scale IT Project Manager

Vorwerk Services GmbH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to lead our S/4 HANA transition project for 5 plants in 3 countries. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the technological transformation from the existing SAP ECC 6.0 landscape to the S/4 HANA target system for our production companies in alignment with the business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the S/4 HANA transition project for 5 plants in 3 countries
  • Responsible for all IT deliveries within the project, including solution design, implementation, test, deployment, and hypercare
  • Manage and motivate internal and external implementation teams
  • Monitor project progress, risks, and benefits and ensure project completion on time and in line with scope, quality, and budget goals
  • Manage daily interaction with functional stakeholders, project managers, internal IT teams, and external implementation partners
  • Provide profound technical expertise to the business process re-engineering at Vorwerk Engineering
  • Manage and effectively communicate expectations of stakeholder groups
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Business Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or other equivalent disciplines
  • Proven, multi-year experience as IT project manager in large SAP ECC to S/4 HANA transitions in engineering and discrete manufacturing companies
  • Proficient knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4 HANA systems
  • Experience in applying agile and classic project management methods
  • Deep understanding of SAP technology, architecture, and strategy
  • Fluent German and English language skills
