About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer Hardware to join our team at Proemion. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for planning and developing (semi-)automated production tests, creating test concepts and circuit diagrams, and designing individual test stations and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement test procedures to ensure high-quality production
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize test equipment and processes
  • Analyze and troubleshoot test results to identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure our testing processes remain cutting-edge
Requirements
  • Education in electronics and further training as an electrical technician or foreman
  • Proven experience in test engineering with a focus on hardware testing
  • Knowledge of NI-TestStand and CAN-Bus protocols
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
