Senior Manager Business Process Management FI/CO Europe

PUMA is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Finance and Controlling processes for our wholesale business in the European Region. As a key member of our FICO team, you will drive the implementation of our S/4 HANA Fashion solution and establish process expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling for rollouts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain process expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling for rollouts
- Drive the implementation of our S/4 HANA Fashion solution
- Provide guidance and support to key users and fellow SAP specialists
- Analyze, improve, and redesign accounting and controlling processes
- Manage the implementation of these processes in our existing SAP S/4 HANA Fashion solution
- Organize and execute specific SAP workshops and trainings
- Seek and provide regular feedback to our business partners to continuously improve our working and delivery mode
- University degree in Business Administration or Computer Science, preferably with a focus on Finance and Controlling or Business Process
- Several years of experience in accounting according to IFRS and knowledge of the underlying commercial processes in the area of Finance, Accounting, and Controlling
- Process understanding and Best Practice knowledge of the Controlling process
- Operational experience in SAP S/4 HANA with in-depth knowledge of the FI/CO integration with the SD/MM Modules
- Experience in SAP Retail or Fashion solutions, with previous project experience in retail, e-commerce, or fashion industry
- Strong execution capabilities combined with an entrepreneurial and hands-on approach
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Willingness to travel within Europe, team player, able to work under pressure, assertiveness
