Gauzy, a world-leading material science company, is seeking a talented Automotive Business Development Manager to join its Automotive Business unit. As a key member of the team, you will lead projects with top automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers from product development to serial production.

Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Lead high-interest technology projects from product development to serial production with top automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers globally, ensuring technical feasibility, quality, and target cost.
  • Project Planning and Budgeting: Develop realistic project plans and budgets, ensuring all milestones and objectives are met.
  • Process Improvement: Support the implementation and continuous improvement of effective project management processes, project governance, and project controlling.
  • Technical Expertise: Be the go-to person for all technical, quality, and budget questions regarding your projects.
  • International Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, integrators, and OEMs.
  • Requirements
    • Minimum 5 years of experience with an automotive 1st tier supplier (ideally glazing industry) or OEM in technical key account sales, project management, engineering, or design department.
    • Graduated in electric or automotive engineering or own a similar technical degree.
    • Excellent communication skills in German and English language.
