Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead our digital product team and drive end-to-end accountability for the success of our products. As a Product Manager, you will establish an agile product mindset in a project-based company and help Ramboll become the Partner for Sustainable Change by tech-enabling our experts worldwide with digital products leveraging AI and our wealth of data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead an agile product team with end-to-end accountability to the success of your product
  • Establish an agile product mindset in a project-based company
  • Help Ramboll to be the Partner for Sustainable Change by tech-enabling our experts worldwide with digital products leveraging AI and our wealth of data
  • Manage the full life cycle of a digital product
  • Engage with various parts of an organization to take end-to-end responsibility for your product
  • Help shape and continuously improve the agile ways of working of our digital product organization
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Be empathetic and maintain composure when dealing with many stakeholders and various expectations
  • Enjoy teamwork and support colleagues in learning from you

Requirements

  • Natural product leader with experience in managing the full life cycle of a digital product
  • Strong leadership skills that foster a team culture of learning and shared success
  • Ability to engage with various parts of an organization to take end-to-end responsibility for your product
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Empathetic and able to maintain composure when dealing with many stakeholders and various expectations
  • Fluent in English and ideally also in the local language of your office
