Become an integral part of our vibrant organization
We are a rapidly expanding startup in the DACH region, seeking a skilled professional to enhance our Customer Relationship Management team as a Customer Success Manager. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with ensuring a seamless customer experience and fostering robust relationships with our B2B clientele. You will act as the primary liaison for any inquiries or challenges our stakeholders may encounter, delivering expert insights and collaboratively devising optimal solutions.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Actively engaging with our B2B clients, assessing utilized tools, and pinpointing areas for enhancement
- Strategically implementing and overseeing CRM processes
- Working in tandem with the Operations team to onboard new clients and guarantee effective product usage
- Organizing and managing our current client portfolio
- Advising clients across various sectors on technical and organizational hurdles, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
- Gathering client feedback and relaying it to the Product team for ongoing product improvement
Your qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in Customer Success or Account Management
- Exceptional communication abilities and analytical mindset
- Capacity to work collaboratively and contribute to process enhancements
- Strong problem-solving aptitude
- Proficient in MS Office and ideally CRM software
- Experience with large datasets is advantageous
- Fluency in German and Italian, with a good command of English
Work environment:
- Full-time position with a commitment of 40 hours per week
- Standard Monday to Friday schedule, no shift work involved
- 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
- Permanent contract
- Collaborate with a team of 8 colleagues
