About the Role

SAP LeanIX is seeking a seasoned professional to drive customer marketing initiatives and enhance the customer experience. As a Senior Customer Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer-centric strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer marketing strategies to increase customer loyalty and growth
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to advance the customer community's maturity and drive customer engagement
  • Design and execute customer programs that align with business goals, including awareness, pipeline generation, activation, advocacy, and referrals
  • Develop content calendars and programs to provide valuable content to customers and drive engagement
  • Cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales teams to ideate, build, and scale customer experience programs
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of driving customer marketing activities
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, analytics, business, or business informatics, or similar
  • Independent creation and successful execution of community-focused marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS
