Position: Regional HR Business Partner (m/f/d) Your Responsibilities:- Expertise in labor legislation, encompassing works council meetings, collective agreements, labor regulations, and social security frameworks.
- Lead and engage in labor law initiatives, offering strategic guidance.
- Oversee labor relations for business units, particularly during organizational restructuring.
- Support HR initiatives, including organizational changes, system transformations, and new project launches.
- Participate in negotiations with works councils, unions, and during business discussions.
- Draft and enforce employment policies in collaboration with HR teams.
- Ensure adherence to processes, projects, and policies.
- Identify and implement standardization and best practices across the organization.
- Assist in mergers and acquisitions, from planning through execution, including due diligence.
- Manage global mobility and expatriate cases.
- Foster positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or related fields with a focus on labor law.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in multinational settings as a Labor/Industrial Relations Specialist or HR Generalist.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and social security regulations within Europe.
- Ability to translate organizational needs into strategic solutions.
- Strong communication and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficient in collaborating with and influencing stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and skilled in follow-up.
- Adaptable to changing environments, resilient, and service-oriented.
- Experience in data analysis and report generation.
- Skilled in managing international projects.
- Fluency in English and German; proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
