International Logistics Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and securing partnerships with service providers across Western Europe, with a focus on operations within Germany.
  • Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and subcontractors.
  • Coordinating and organizing international road freight operations.
  • Overseeing service execution to ensure high standards and timely delivery of shipments.
  • Streamlining forwarding expenses.
  • Setting and monitoring objectives for your team of up to 7 members.
  • Assisting in the recruitment process for new logistics personnel.
  • Onboarding new team members into the company culture and environment.
  • Fostering a positive team atmosphere.

Candidate Expectations:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a comparable role.
  • Leadership qualities and the ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Strong prioritization skills and analytical mindset.
