Hast du Erfahrung in der Kundenberatung, im Key Account Management, in der Mediaplanung einer Media-/Marketing-Agentur, bei einem Publisher, in einer Marken- oder Unternehmensberatung oder in einer Marketingabteilung eines Unternehmens?

Deine Aufgaben- In dieser Position baust du eine neue Strategieeinheit innerhalb der Agentur auf. Dabei leitest du ein eigenes Team von Marken- und Mediastrategen und verantwortest das entsprechende Strategieprodukt.
- Als Teil des Management-Teams der Agentur führst und begleitest du verschiedene Strategieprojekte für unsere Klienten und schaffst mit deinem strategischen Fokus die Grundlage für den Erfolg unserer Kommunikationsmaßnahmen. Du bist der zentrale Ansprechpartner für unsere Klienten über alle Geschäftsbereiche hinweg und berätst eigenverantwortlich in allen strategisch relevanten Fragen.
- Ob Zielgruppen, Marktanalysen, Markenentwicklung, Trends, Innovationen oder Inhalte – du arbeitest eng mit deinem Team und unseren Marktforschungs-, Analytics-, Content- und Data-Science-Teams zusammen und integrierst Tools und Ansätze in den Strategieprozess.
- Du hast 7-9 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Client Service, Key Account Management, Mediaplanung, Mediaberatung einer Media-Agentur oder im Brand Management, im Marketing eines Unternehmens gesammelt.
- Du bist ein*e herausragende*r Strateg*in und ein*e scharfsinnige*r Analytiker*in, die/der in der Lage ist, das Wesentliche vom Unwesentlichen zu unterscheiden.
- Du bist ein echter Leader, der die Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen schätzt und sie durch deine positive, motivierende Art dazu anregt, über sich hinauszuwachsen.
- Storytelling ist für dich ein zentraler Bestandteil deiner strategischen Arbeit.
- Du hast eine Vorliebe für Gestaltung und handelst proaktiv. Du möchtest nicht nur im, sondern auch am System arbeiten und hast stets den Geschäftserfolg im Blick.
- Du kennst den Medienmarkt und die Kommunikationsbranche und bist stets über neue Entwicklungen und Innovationen informiert.
- Du bist ein offener und kommunikativer Mensch, der keine Scheu hat, klare und fundierte Meinungen zu vertreten.
