Global Group Leader, Food Contact Materials Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Global Group Leader to join our team at Knoell. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a global team supporting clients in regulatory compliance for food and food contact materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and people leadership to the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
  • Manage all aspects of regulatory projects from start to finish, including project planning, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Report to the Head of Division, Food and Food Contact Materials, and contribute to the development of strategic plans and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to retain and expand existing clients, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with global regulatory frameworks and industry developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline, advanced degree or certification a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in food and food contact materials compliance, with a proven track record of success.
  • Supervisory experience and project management skills desired.
  • Strong knowledge of global regulatory frameworks for food and food contact materials, and experience in consulting or supplier management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Fluency in English, additional language skills a plus.
