About the Position
We are seeking a proactive Logistics and Operations Intern (m/f/d) to assist our Logistics team in enhancing the efficiency of business operations and providing optimal support to our clients.

The mission is to unlock the immense potential of cross-border supply for the Western Market by offering global access to premium products through a cutting-edge platform. Since its inception, the firm has discreetly served numerous businesses without public exposure.
Responsibilities:
Oversee international transportation logistics and ensure timely deliveries aligned with customer requirements. Assist in the design and enhancement of processes, collaborating with the engineering team to implement new workflows and improve existing operations, including minimizing manual tasks. Facilitate communication with external partners to ensure seamless business activities. Identify and establish new trade routes by engaging with potential partners worldwide. Collaborate closely with other departments, including Business Development and Procurement. Build strong, dependable, and long-lasting relationships with clients through quality service and effective communication.Candidate Profile:
Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, or a recent graduate seeking experience in a dynamic, venture-backed setting. Alternatively, candidates studying business with an interest in operational functions are encouraged to apply. Driven and enthusiastic about innovative ideas, with a creative and solution-oriented approach. Strong analytical and communication skills in both business German and English.Additional Information:
We are looking for support in our Berlin office. Eligibility to work within the EU is a prerequisite.
