About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain and Operations Intern to support our Logistics team in optimizing business processes and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Our portfolio company, founded in 2021, operates a pioneering marketplace that revolutionizes global supply chains. With a mission to unlock the vast potential of cross-border supply, we provide global access to high-quality products through our innovative platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate global transportation of goods and ensure timely deliveries based on customer needs
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to design and develop efficient processes, reducing manual work and increasing productivity
  • Manage communication with third-party partners to ensure seamless business operations
  • Identify new trade lanes and establish partnerships with global suppliers
  • Work closely with Business Development and Procurement teams to drive business growth
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers through quality work and clear communication
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a university (Logistics or Supply Chain program) or recent graduate seeking work experience in a fast-paced venture-backed environment
  • Alternatively, studying business with an interest in operational aspects
  • Motivated and passionate about new ideas, with a creative solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills in business German or French and English
