Position Overview:We are seeking a Digital Marketing Performance Specialist (m/w/d) with expertise in Google Ads to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, execute, and enhance Google Ads initiatives to drive online engagement and conversion rates.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness through key performance indicators such as Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Click (CPC), Conversion Rate, and Return on Investment (ROI).
- Generate and manage comprehensive reports on campaign performance.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to uncover new avenues for growth.
- Regularly assess and modify bidding strategies and budget distributions.
- Work closely with the marketing department to ensure Google Ads align with the overall marketing framework.
- Implement A/B testing to refine ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign components.
- Leverage Google Analytics and other analytical platforms for thorough performance evaluation.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads, ideally within an agency or E-Commerce setting.
- Proficient in planning, executing, and optimizing Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a solid grasp of numerical data.
- Creative mindset with an eye for compelling ad copy and design.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven work approach.
- Fluency in German (C1, C2) and proficiency in English.
