Technical Support Engineer for Service Delivery

Position Overview:

NTT DATA is seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Support Engineer (L2) to enhance our operations. We are committed to fostering a workplace that champions technical expertise, innovation, and impactful contributions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold a minimum technical high school diploma, ideally in Telecommunications or IT.
  • Possess at least 2 years of experience in a comparable support position.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM).
  • Maintain a CCNA certification or equivalent, with practical network knowledge.
  • Exhibit fluency in both German and English (minimum B2 level).
  • Show strong analytical capabilities and troubleshooting expertise.
  • Have experience working with large-scale clients.
  • Display a willingness to enhance technical skills through self-directed learning.
  • Monitor infrastructure remotely to ensure optimal performance.
  • Guarantee that the assigned infrastructure is configured, installed, tested, and operational.
  • Accurately identify and document incidents and problems.
  • Investigate second-line support inquiries and determine the root causes of incidents.
