About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Science Manager to join our team at Kaufland e-commerce. As a key member of our data science team, you will be responsible for leading a team of data scientists and engineers to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experience.

Your primary focus will be on managing and mentoring a team of data scientists and engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed. You will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions to address them.

We are looking for a leader who is passionate about data science and has a strong track record of delivering results-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of data scientists and engineers to develop and implement data-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed
  • Develop and maintain data science solutions that are integrated into KEC's platform and app features
  • Drive stakeholder collaboration and communication to ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements
  • Master's degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or equivalent
  • Extensive professional experience in data science, software development, or e-commerce
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for data science and innovation
