What You Will Experience

As a working student, you will assist our team in the integration of innovative (AI) technologies, the deployment and management of our DKV Virtual Assistant, and the enhancement of our transactional customer feedback processes. With your strong IT inclination, you will quickly take on significant project responsibilities. Your primary focus will involve organizing workshops, conducting user training, and engaging in junior project management tasks.

In addition to supporting AI and Virtual Assistant integrations, you and your colleagues will drive the ongoing advancement of DKV Customer Service. As an effective communicator, you will engage thoughtfully with all relevant internal and external stakeholders.

You will play a crucial role in shaping strategic initiatives within DKV Customer Service. You will not only familiarize yourself with the systems, processes, and protocols of an internationally recognized customer service model but also gain invaluable experience in project and process management.

You will be prepared to assist with special projects as needed.

What Sets You Apart

You are a registered student in economics, engineering, computer science, mathematics, or a related field with commendable academic performance. You possess a genuine interest in IT processes and project management, ideally with some prior experience in (IT) project management.

Your strengths include analytical thinking, teamwork, strong communication skills, personal accountability, and the ability to quickly adapt to new topics. Your business-fluent German language skills are complemented by a solid command of written and spoken English.
