Trust In SODA is collaborating with a prominent German E-commerce platform that has been at the forefront of lottery solutions for two decades, consistently evolving and expanding its influence across Europe. This organization has made remarkable contributions, generating substantial funds for social initiatives.

We are currently seeking a Brand Media Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of designing and refining engaging media campaigns across various platforms, with a particular focus on television.

Position: Brand Media Manager

Compensation: €80,000 - €90,000 annually

Work Arrangement: Flexible, with three days in the office each quarter

Language Proficiency: Fluency in both German and English is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead TV-Centric Campaigns: Develop, implement, and enhance comprehensive media strategies with a primary focus on television.
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly assess campaign effectiveness, delivering in-depth reports on key performance indicators.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Foster and maintain relationships with media agencies, sales houses, and other collaborators.
  • Explore New Media Avenues: Identify and evaluate emerging media channels to broaden audience reach.
  • Creative Collaboration: Ensure that media content is in harmony with the brand's message and values, working closely with the creative team.

Are You the Right Fit?

  • 3-5 years of experience in brand media management, particularly with a focus on television.
  • A relevant degree in marketing, communications, or a similar discipline.
  • In-depth understanding of the German media landscape and its trends.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in both German and English.
