Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting thorough credit evaluations for Lehmann&Voss&Co. and its affiliated entities to mitigate potential financial losses.
  • Gathering and analyzing pertinent data to establish and oversee credit limits.
  • Administering and tracking bank guarantees and sureties while ensuring accurate master data management.
  • Overseeing adherence to credit management protocols and contributing to their enhancement.
  • Evaluating and, when necessary, refining the newly implemented credit management software.
  • Providing specialized training for sales personnel across various business units.
Required Qualifications
  • Completed vocational training in commerce or business studies, preferably with an additional certification as a Certified Credit Manager.
  • Extensive professional experience in receivables management, risk assessment, and credit evaluation.
  • Strong understanding of the application of internal policies and procedures within an international corporate environment.
  • Analytical mindset with a solution-focused approach, complemented by entrepreneurial thinking.
  • High degree of commitment and accountability.
  • Excellent communication skills with a confident and persuasive presence.
  • Strong intercultural awareness and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Proficient in SAP R/3, SAP S4 Hana, and M365 applications.
