Our client operates as a TIER 1 Supplier in cutting-edge technologies that are increasingly significant for automotive manufacturers and their clientele. As the automotive industry moves towards autonomous driving, the data communication between vehicles and mobile devices, other vehicles (V2V), or infrastructure systems (V2X) becomes paramount. Our client is engaged in the development and enhancement of cloud-based services for the automotive sector and has been a development partner and system supplier for renowned automotive brands for over two decades. Their technologies in Connected Infotainment and Smart Connectivity Gateways are present in over ten million vehicles globally. The focus is on balancing innovation with sustainability, ensuring that the end-user's needs and usage behaviors are prioritized. Intelligent solutions for connected vehicles are at the forefront of their mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of 10 employees, both functionally and disciplinarily.
  • Ensure the structured execution of development tasks in accordance with defined processes.
  • Contribute to effort estimations and investment planning.
  • Expand and maintain a network of customer and supplier contacts.
  • Develop personnel planning to secure the necessary and suitable human resources for task fulfillment.
  • Continuously enhance team development through regular feedback and performance discussions.
Candidate Profile
  • A degree or equivalent qualification is essential.
  • Experience in software integration is preferred, or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with relevant planning tools is advantageous.
  • Team-oriented with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation.
  • Exceptional commitment, organizational skills, and persuasive abilities are key attributes.
  • A reliable work ethic, high dedication, and a logical, structured approach to tasks are essential.
  • Proficiency in English is beneficial.
