Client Management Officer

Join our team as a Client Management Officer and take on a challenging role that requires strong communication and organizational skills. As a key member of our Coverage Team for Germany and Austria, you will work closely with our product specialists to deliver tailored solutions to our clients across the full product suite.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Senior Bankers and Relationship Managers in their daily tasks, liaising with product lines and following up on client activities.
- Prepare research and press reviews, pitch books, and special sector studies as needed.
- Conduct profitability analysis and originate short- and long-term loans and credit facilities for corporate clients.
- Write internal reports on client relationships for senior management and gather corporate finance data on individual clients or industrial sectors.
- Follow up with business line product specialists on specific client initiatives and track live deals and pitch communication for current and prospective clients worldwide.
- Perform due diligence tasks and handle the implementation of new clients in our database (Know Your Customer process).
- Manage yearly budgets, periodic income forecasts, and income correction campaigns on the portfolio.
- Master's degree in Business or Economics with a specialization in Finance.
- Previous experience in investment banking, accounting, or consulting.
- Strong understanding of the German and Austrian financial environment and regulatory framework.
- Fluency in English and good understanding of German (oral and written) is required, with French language skills being an asset.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Team player with a strong personal drive and self-motivation.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Strong written and verbal presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work accurately and independently, even under stress and pressure.
- Good organization and prioritization skills, as well as attention to detail.
