KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a pivotal member of the Production Artificial Intelligence - Advanced Data Analytics team, you will spearhead initiatives that deliver comprehensive solutions across various production applications. Your role encompasses the entire model lifecycle, from conception and training to deployment and operational support.

  • You will oversee AI initiatives from conceptualization through to prototyping, commissioning, and ongoing support.
  • Actively engage with internal stakeholders to discern their needs and translate these into precise software specifications, managing the development process effectively.
  • Design and implement innovative concepts and models, utilizing state-of-the-art data science methodologies and cutting-edge frameworks to ensure production readiness.
  • Take charge of scaling and managing global services, including Condition Monitoring, Computer Vision, and Generative AI.
  • Ensure seamless service adjustments in response to software updates and manage the expectations of business partners regarding the maintenance and review of our services.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Master's or PhD in engineering, computer science, mathematics, statistics, natural sciences, or information technology, with a focus on data-driven applications.
  • Proven experience in developing complex data science software solutions, particularly in cloud-based environments.
  • Strong proficiency in machine learning using Python, along with experience in (graph-) databases and cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure).
  • In-depth knowledge of technologies related to Computer Vision, Generative AI, and analytics for processing sensor and time-series data.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English and German, demonstrating effective teamwork capabilities.
  • Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and DevOps practices is preferred.
  • A creative and motivated approach to work, with a strong emphasis on innovation and customer satisfaction.
