- Position Overview: This role involves providing clerical or administrative assistance to a specific department or Manager. Typical responsibilities encompass general office tasks, reception duties, and project-related activities. While some tasks may be tailored to specific functions such as Procurement or Engineering, the primary focus remains on administrative support. The position operates under general supervision, engaging in specialized functions to fulfill tasks in line with established procedures. A degree of autonomy is expected in selecting methods to achieve objectives. The role supports overall business operations by delivering basic administrative assistance. Candidates should possess the capability to conduct numerical, statistical, and/or financial analyses, applying sound judgment to follow written or verbal instructions. Effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders is essential.
