Since the inception of Project Grenadier in 2017, INEOS Automotive has rapidly evolved from a start-up to a well-established enterprise. We have achieved significant milestones, successfully transitioning our vision for the INEOS Grenadier from concept to prototype and ultimately to market within a remarkable five-year timeframe. As we embark on the next chapter with the introduction of our first all-electric vehicle, we remain committed to innovation and excellence.

Position Overview: The primary function of the Project Coordinator is to provide independent support for engineering subprojects related to INEOS Automotive's current product initiatives, including Model Year Makeovers, new regional variants, and new powertrain options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support management of a defined and self-contained project within the engineering division.
- Ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery while adapting to necessary changes to meet project objectives.
- Contribute technically within internal, external, or mixed project teams.
- Regularly report project status directly to the Project Lead.
- Actively participate as a member of the Engineering team, facilitating effective communication and contributing positively to meetings.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies for mitigation, particularly concerning scope changes and their implications.
- Maintain coordination, communication, and transparency among all stakeholders involved in the assigned project.
- Collaborate closely with third-party suppliers on all aspects of planning, scheduling, and control within the area of expertise.
- Ensure comprehensive project documentation is maintained.
- Analyze issues, identify trends, propose system enhancements, and implement necessary changes.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a Tier 1 automotive supplier or automotive OEM, with a solid understanding of the automotive design and launch process from concept through to end-of-lifecycle.
- A completed engineering degree or equivalent technical vocational training.
- Knowledge of automotive operations is advantageous.
- Extensive automotive knowledge acquired through a career focused on product launches.
- Proven project management skills with a history of successful delivery.
- Ability to cultivate effective working relationships with both internal clients and external supply chains.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with comfort in presenting to various organizational levels.
