Position Overview

The role of Application Manager:in Abo-Vertrieb (w/m/d) involves overseeing the seamless functionality of various subscription and eTicket applications for DB Vertrieb GmbH.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the efficient operation of subscription management and eTicket systems.
  • Oversee the technical infrastructure and actively contribute to the enhancement of sales applications.
  • Coordinate efforts between internal teams and external service providers to maintain service quality.
  • Engage in continuous process improvement initiatives and participate in system testing.
  • Manage release updates and installation of necessary patches to maintain system integrity.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in (Business) Informatics or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in MS Office, various operating systems, and database management.
  • Experience in software testing, online interfaces, and cloud/web architecture.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies in software development.
  • Strong analytical capabilities paired with effective communication skills.
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential.
