Main Responsibilities- Act as Global System Owner and System Administrator for multiple applications, ensuring they perform as expected by the business.
- Lead the evaluation of new applications and upgrades, collaborating with service providers, site IT departments, and business key users.
- Provide support and troubleshooting, deploying enhancements to ensure application performance.
- Manage and follow up on outsourced support, ensuring seamless operations.
- Establish training programs for key-users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize applications effectively.
- Ensure qualification and validation activities for global GxP applications, maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Serve as a single point of contact for suppliers and key users of applications, facilitating communication and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with global IT security, service providers, and local IT departments to ensure security and privacy requirements are respected.
- Act as a point of contact in case of audits, providing necessary information and support.
- Degree in IT, technical, or a related field, with skills and experience in managing IT systems.
- Advanced experience with various IT applications in an industry, such as Open Lab ECM, Salesforce, Tagetik, Evisort, and Interflex.
- Experience in networking is a plus.
- Proven experience in leading IT projects and project team members.
- Several years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including qualification and validation activities, is considered a plus.
- Self-starter, goal-oriented, able to work to deadlines, and motivate team members.
- High level of commitment and willingness to perform.
