About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at PEPCO Germany GmbH. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
