Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative with Location Responsibility to join our team in Göppingen. As a key member of our sales and support team, you will be responsible for managing a team of two employees, renting and selling machinery, equipment, and services to customers, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of two employees and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Rent and sell machinery, equipment, and services to customers, including creating and managing rental agreements, processing payments, and resolving customer complaints.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences and achieve business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Relevant education and experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, customer service, or team leadership, with a strong understanding of the equipment rental and sales industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business results.
