Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Project Manager to join our team at Minimax Fire Solutions International GmbH. As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation, and budget plans.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site visits, meetings, and presentations to ensure project progress and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present project reports, including status updates, financials, and lessons learned.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project management, operations, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
