Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of technical professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects and services.
  • Develop and implement IT strategies and plans, aligning with the bank's overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize IT projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure the effective management of IT resources, including budgeting, planning, and risk management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT leadership and management, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of technical professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of IT service management frameworks and methodologies, such as ITIL.
  • Experience with IT project management tools and technologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
