Deine Aufgaben- Unterstützung der Kunden beim Onboarding und der Implementierung von Kampagnen
- Betreuung bestehender und neuer Kunden und Sicherstellung einer optimalen Kampagnenperformance
- Teilnahme an regelmäßigen Strategie-Meetings mit unseren Kunden
- Identifizierung von Up- und Cross-Selling-Potentiale und enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Sales-Team
- Analyse der Kampagnen unserer Kunden und anschließende Beratung zur konzeptionellen Optimierung
- Verständnis der Herausforderungen unserer Kunden und Suche nach der besten Lösung
- Mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung im Customer Success, Account Management oder Sales im B2B-Umfeld
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, Studium in den Bereichen Medien-, Kommunikations- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder relevante Arbeitserfahrung
- Kunden- und serviceorientierte Denkweise und persönlicher Fokus auf den Erfolg unserer Kunden
- Kommunikationstalent mit empathischer und positiver Persönlichkeit
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise sowie Hands-on-Mentalität
- Ist ein Vorteil: Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen wie Salesforce
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Vollzeitstelle mit unbefristetem Vertrag
- 30 Urlaubstage pro Jahr
