We are looking for you to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist (m/w/d) in our operations center. Our company is a mobility service provider that focuses on enhancing urban transportation solutions.

Your Responsibilities
  • You will oversee our fleet and service area to ensure high vehicle availability.
  • You will manage the driver hotline, addressing employee inquiries and directing issues to the appropriate contacts.
  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for drivers regarding our digital products, vehicles, and charging infrastructure.
  • You will assist with engaging small projects that enhance our operations.
Your Profile
  • Ideally, you have gained initial experience in customer support, call centers, or similar fields.
  • You enjoy communicating over the phone and handling emails.
  • You maintain composure in fast-paced situations.
  • You possess strong communication skills and enjoy solving diverse problems.
  • Your attention to detail is a key strength.
  • You prefer a hands-on approach to learning and onboarding.
  • You are familiar with computer usage.
  • You have proficient German language skills, both spoken and written.
  • You are willing to work in shifts, including mornings, evenings, nights, and holidays.
