Key Responsibilities
As a Project Manager at EUROVIA Deutschland, you will be responsible for:
- Managing complex construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Identifying and pursuing additional revenue opportunities.
- Coordinating and leading a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors.
- Developing and implementing project plans, including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
- Managing project finances, including budgeting and cost control.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Several years of experience in construction management or a related field.
- Knowledge of construction laws and regulations, including VOB and contract law.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
