Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager at EUROVIA Deutschland, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing complex construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Identifying and pursuing additional revenue opportunities.
  • Coordinating and leading a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors.
  • Developing and implementing project plans, including scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
  • Managing project finances, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Knowledge of construction laws and regulations, including VOB and contract law.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
