About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Collections Specialist to join our team at Mercedes-Benz Bank Service Center in Berlin. As a key member of our commercial business, you will be responsible for driving down unpaid invoices and establishing direct dialogue with customers to find sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective collections strategies to minimize financial consequences for customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to find mutually beneficial solutions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to prioritize and manage collections activities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in collections and risk management
Requirements
  • Degree in Laws, Business Administration, Economics/Finance or a related field
  • Knowledge of collections and risk management principles
  • Proficiency in French and advanced English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
