Job Summary

This role is responsible for managing specific finance functions related to the collections of delinquent receivables for a portfolio of accounts in the EMEA region, ensuring timely processing of payments and write-offs, and maintaining overall A/R integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage collections of delinquent receivables for a portfolio of accounts in the EMEA region
  • Process and reconcile withholding tax for individual accounts
  • Determine the collectability of receivables and make write-off recommendations
  • Develop settlements arrangements for collection
  • Work closely with franchisees and internal departments to ensure financial obligations are met
  • Resolve financial issues and communicate with Senior Finance management
Requirements
  • University degree
  • Demonstrable professional experience in collections/finance/analytical related role
  • Highly proficient in Excel, especially Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
  • Hotel experience a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Results-driven and results-oriented
Working Conditions

This position has a high level of impact on EMEA cash flow and requires autonomy to process and reconcile withholding tax for individual accounts. The Specialist works to resolve outstanding accounts in a way that directly impacts WHR cash flow.
