Our division, dedicated to CFM Support in Airbus Hamburg, is responsible for the maintenance and servicing of aircraft engines, ensuring timely delivery and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize and adhere to established work documentation
- Execute unscheduled maintenance and repair tasks
- Follow safety protocols diligently
- Document all maintenance activities comprehensively
- Engage in continuous improvement of products and services
Organizational Structure:
This role reports directly to the Mechanical and Logistical Operations Manager. The position may require shift work and availability for on-call duties during weekends. You will collaborate closely with a team of mechanics and other professionals.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and engine operations
- Prior experience in jet engine or aircraft manufacturing environments
- Proficiency in technical English is essential
- Knowledge of French or German is advantageous
- Attributes such as responsiveness, attention to detail, teamwork, and adaptability are crucial
Interaction Scope:
External: Collaborate with GE, CFM, and clients of Safran Aircraft Engines
Internal: Work alongside customer program managers, service teams, quality assurance, engineering departments, and Safran Engineering Services personnel
