Your Future Endeavors
The Corporate Affairs division is dedicated to the ongoing development and enhancement of RWE Supply & Trading GmbH (RWEST), while promoting operational excellence. This department serves as the primary contact for project oversight, innovation, communication, sustainability, and organizational resilience.

As a working student, you will assist the Corporate Improvement & Projects team, which encompasses business continuity management (BCM) for RWEST.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Assisting in the implementation of a centralized business continuity tool
  • Conducting and facilitating business impact analyses
  • Updating and refining business continuity documentation
  • Regularly reporting on the progress of BCM implementation
  • Supporting the design, development, and delivery of BCM training and scenario exercises
  • Assisting in the preparation of communications regarding relevant BCM topics and quarterly updates for the RWEST Board
  • Following up on actions and measures to promote continuous improvement in organizational resilience
  • Participating in special projects or topics as they arise to ensure compliance with BCM requirements

Your Essential Skills

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree with strong academic performance
  • A keen interest in exploring new areas with a commercial perspective
  • Excellent analytical abilities and a methodical, independent work style
  • A high degree of conscientiousness combined with strong commitment
  • Enthusiasm for teamwork and an open feedback culture
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Solid skills in Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in similar roles (internships, working student positions, etc.) is advantageous
  • Knowledge of the German language is a plus
