Your Future Endeavors
The Corporate Affairs division is dedicated to the ongoing advancement and enhancement of RWE Supply & Trading GmbH (RWEST), as well as promoting operational excellence. This department serves as the primary resource for project oversight, innovation, communication, sustainability, and organizational resilience.

As a working student, you will assist the Corporate Improvement & Projects team, which encompasses business continuity management (BCM) for RWEST.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Assisting in the implementation of a centralized business continuity tool
  • Conducting and facilitating business impact assessments
  • Updating and refining business continuity documentation
  • Regularly reporting on the progress of BCM implementation
  • Contributing to the design, development, and delivery of BCM training and scenario exercises
  • Helping prepare communications on pertinent BCM topics and updating the RWEST Board on a quarterly basis
  • Following up on actions and measures to ensure ongoing improvement in organizational resilience
  • Engaging in special topics or projects as they arise to ensure compliance with BCM requirements

Your Essential Skills

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree with strong academic performance
  • A keen interest in exploring new areas with a commercial perspective
  • Excellent analytical abilities and a methodical, independent working style
  • A high degree of conscientiousness coupled with strong commitment
  • A passion for teamwork and an openness to feedback
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications, but Not Required:

  • Previous experience in similar roles (internships, working student positions, etc.)
  • Familiarity with the German language would be advantageous
