Retail Sales Professional with Cash Handling Experience

Job Summary:
As a Sales Associate at REWE, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This role involves conducting cash register transactions accurately, maintaining a clean and inviting cashier area, and stocking shelves with attention to quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cash Handling: Conduct cash register transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and making change as needed.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service, answering customer questions and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and inviting cashier area, restocking shelves and ensuring that the store is well-organized and visually appealing.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Requirements:
- Commercial Experience: Commercial apprenticeship or relevant experience in a retail environment.
- Customer Focus: Passion for retail and customer interaction, with a strong customer orientation and communication skills.
- Teamwork: Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, with a flexible schedule and a willingness to learn.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
