About Us

brillen.de is a leading digital optics company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our digital stores, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Monitor and control store inventory, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure optimal levels and minimize waste.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by responding promptly to customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the optical industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
