About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate with cash handling experience. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and cash handling area
  • Restock shelves, process inventory, and perform other tasks as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions
