ROLE OVERVIEW:

Acceleration Partners is on the lookout for a seasoned Partnership Development Manager to bolster our expanding TikTok B2B affiliate division. This position requires a professional with a solid background in business development and sales to drive the growth of the TikTok initiative for Small Businesses in the German market. The successful candidate will engage in client discussions to present valuable opportunities, offer strategic insights, and track progress towards objectives. A proactive mindset and a focus on actionable solutions will be essential in this position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Revenue Generation:

  • Publisher Optimization: Plays a crucial role in achieving the revenue targets for the Growth & Partnerships department by establishing high-value relationships and enhancing publisher performance through various strategies.
  • Performance Tracking: Regularly updates the department's relationship tracker with partnership details and maintains the client-approved performance tracker.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Acts as a knowledgeable resource within the organization, leading discussions to share expertise across managed client verticals.

Business Development:

  • Market Research: Identifies potential high-quality partnerships and opportunities based on client requirements and industry trends.
  • Persuasive Communication: Effectively recruits promising partners to participate in client programs, articulating the benefits of collaboration.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivates strong interactions with top-performing publishers, building a trusted network on behalf of managed clients.
