Strategic Operations Partner to the Chief Growth Officer

Your Role
In the capacity of Strategic Operations Partner, you will collaborate closely with our Chief Growth Officer, Jan Hansen, alongside FINN's growth leadership team and external partners. Your primary objective will be to enhance the efficiency of our CGO by managing daily operational tasks and spearheading significant strategic initiatives independently. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in dynamic, high-pressure environments who seek deeper insights and greater impact. You will gain firsthand experience in guiding a demand generation organization with an annual revenue exceeding €100m.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead and implement pivotal growth-oriented projects that significantly influence FINN's trajectory, such as facilitating vehicle trade-ins for new customers.
  • Engage directly with our CGO to deliberate on strategic matters, current challenges, and future initiatives that will propel FINN's growth, which has already surpassed €150m in annual recurring revenue within a short span.
  • Oversee operational functions within FINN's Growth department, including regular leadership and departmental meetings.
  • Assist in attracting and onboarding new talent for critical roles within the Growth department by supporting recruitment activities, such as interviews and employer branding efforts.

Your Profile
  • A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a high-performance setting, with a preference for backgrounds in Marketing or Sales-related functions.
  • Proven ability to independently manage and contribute to strategic projects effectively.
  • Demonstrated high energy levels, strong work ethic, and a proactive approach.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, capable of dissecting complex information swiftly.
  • Strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial outlook.
  • Proficient in office software (presentations, spreadsheets, documents) with a keen eye for detail and design.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German is advantageous.
