About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Manager to join our team at Red Bull. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and increasing sales revenue in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and optimize results
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven sales experience in the FMCG or LEH industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales software
