Your Role

As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal placement and availability of our products at the point of sale. You will build strong relationships with our customers, including existing and new ones, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase product visibility and availability at the point of sale.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including existing and new ones.
  • Drive sales growth through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.

Requirements

  • Successful completion of a degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent German and good English language skills.
  • Experience in the FMCG or LEH industry is an advantage.
  • Valid driver's license (Class B).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional and confident demeanor.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
