Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our team in delivering innovative projects in the field of circular economy, renewable energy, and Fintech. As a key member of our team at econnext AG, you will be responsible for managing national and international projects from inception to successful handover.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Development: Support the development of projects by preparing and negotiating contracts, and leading commercial and contractual meetings with clients and suppliers.
  • Project Management: Manage projects to ensure quality, schedule, and cost requirements are met, and handle all commercial, contractual, tax, and administrative tasks in the project organization.
  • Team Leadership: Lead project teams, conduct regular status meetings, and document project progress and escalate issues when needed.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare internal and external project reports, and ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or similar field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in plant construction.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, customer-focused, team player, and able to work independently.
  • Language: Fluent in German and English.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel internationally.
