Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Commercial Project Manager to support the development and execution of our international hospital construction projects based on our unique and scalable modular concept.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Work with international project managers to develop and maintain detailed project cost estimates.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenditures and guide international project managers.
  • Identify any cost variances and address them promptly with the project managers on site.
  • Oversee project financing and funding requirements.
  • Manage project securities and guarantees, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate project contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations.
  • Ensure compliance with international laws and regulations.
  • Oversee and monitor the project schedules.
  • Ensure all project milestones are met in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with international teams to address any delays or issues.

**Requirements**

  • Master or Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration or Microeconomics or the equivalent with a good understanding of technology.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management in the construction industry with international exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, cost calculations and controlling and project management principles.
  • Experience with contract management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Experience in preparing detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
