About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Client Advisor to join our team at YSL Germany GmbH. As a Client Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our store.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized service to clients, understanding their needs and preferences to create a unique and memorable experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective sales and service strategies.
- Collaborate with the management team and colleagues to achieve business objectives and uphold the Maison's values and standards.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and fashion trends to provide expert advice to clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, both verbally and in writing, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Utilize technology and tools to optimize business opportunities and improve customer experience.
- Support the front and back-of-house teams to achieve common goals and maintain a positive team spirit.
Requirements
- Proven experience in providing high-quality service in a fashion retail or luxury hospitality environment.
- Personal style and passion for fashion, with a keen eye for detail and a desire to create personalized looks.
- Natural business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit, with a focus on driving sales growth and achieving business objectives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability and flexibility, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Fluency in English and local language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
