Bakery Sales and Service Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at REWE Market in Berlin. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to answer customer questions about our products.
- Ensure that the bakery department is well-stocked and visually appealing, with a focus on freshness and quality.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card payments, and mobile payments.
- Work collaboratively with other sales associates and store staff to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, such as restocking shelves, cleaning the sales floor, and maintaining store displays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
